The team you'll be part of

 The Customer Experience organization provides a common interface to customers including account and relationship management, acting as the voice of the customer internally and creating demand across our business groups. While bringing deep understanding of local markets for our customer, the CX organization ensures strong alignment between sales and delivery teams.

What you will learn and contribute to

 As part of our team, you will:

Monitor and contribute to key ongoing business projects

- Project management of the business

- Updating the pipeline and sales forecasts with different tools such as…

- Business development support

- Supporting Nokia's communication to its customer

- Contribute to the update of the Resource, Budget, Communication, Business Plan

Your skills and experience

  You have:

- Business school or university degree in Master 1-2

- You enjoy working in a team in an international environment.

- A good command of Microsoft Office tools is required

- An understanding of the telecoms world and the various network domains would be a plus

-  a good command of English allowing you to work in this language.

Our site is located in Nozay with free shuttles from Pont de Sèvres, Porte d'Orléans, Argenteuil, Chaville, Fontenay-le-Fleury or Bus from Massy RER station

Place of execution of the internship/apprenticeship : Nozay Paris Saclay 91620

Specific conditions of execution : In this period of pandemic, the students are hosted partly in distance learning.
