Are you passionate about IT, experienced in Cloud Technologies and convinced by the business added value of the digitisation?

A vacancy for an Airbus World Product manager (m/f) has arisen within Airbus in Toulouse, to support the “Fulfil Customer Orders Solutions” team as part of the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) organisation. Our key coming objective is to support Customers Services objective to deliver a new customer interface, called “Market Place” to promote and boost sales for all Airbus services.
As an Airbus World Product manager , you will work in a multi-functional team context, in direct relationship with technical people (Architects, Developers, Technology Specialists), people from our internal business (Airbus Customer Services Department) and with some final customers’ representatives (airlines) using our solutions.

As an Airbus World Product manager , you will be responsible for:

  • Defining and managing the product and service lines, from idea to retirement, including continuous realignment to the consumer segments,
  • Ensuring the delivery of a strong business added value to customers and consumers of our products and services,
  • Advocating the product and service to customers,
  • Working with multiple product lifecycles, while ensuring a delivery on Time, Quality and Cost of the chosen solutions.

Tâches et missions principales, responsabilités

Your main tasks and activities will be the following ones:

  • Understanding customers’ requirements,
  • Managing the related backlog of business requests,
  • Deciding with the customer on the priority of its needs,
  • Designing products providing a strong added value and customer satisfaction,
  • Delivering solutions, maintaining it and ensuring a continuous improvement of the service provided to our customers,
  • Leading an interdisciplinary team supporting the whole products lifecycle’s activities.

Compétences requises

As the successful candidate, you will be able to demonstrate the following skills and competencies:

●Master’s degree level (or equivalent) in Information Technology or related field,
●Strong IT background,
●Overall knowledge of Cloud Technologies (Amazon Web Service, Azure, OBH),
●Knowledge of Agile / Scrum project management approach,
●Advanced level of English,
●Learning agility , Entrepreneurship and innovative “out of the box thinking”,
●Leadership skills with the ability to drive a multi-functional team,
●Agile with ability to adapt in a fast moving environment,
●Value oriented with the ability to assess different approaches / different ideas.
