You will carry out all the secretarial activities that will be entrusted to you and will coordinate the transmission of the information.
You have a career in one or more similar positions (minimum experience of 5-10 years).
You know how to be autonomous, rigorous, reactive, you are methodical, and the sense of organization is one of your main assets.
You have an adaptability and you like to take responsibilities in the tasks that you carry out. You are a force of initiative.
A bilingual level of English as well as a perfect knowledge of the Pack Office and especially Excel, will be necessary to your success in this position.
Other daily activities includes:
Visitor reception and telephone switchboard management.
Organization of travel (visa, tickets, hotels) and management of various administrative tasks (booking rooms, taxi, shopping, train and plane tickets, visa application ...).
Co-ordinating with local travel and visa authorities and working on the necessary documentation.
Preparation of administrative files and consolidation of information (Excel format).
Other works: realization of documents (typing, formatting or proofreading of Word documents, mailings, PowerPoint, Excel, processing and sending of mail, photocopies / scan, conf call, organization of video ...).
