Description du poste :

What would you learn during the internship:
Understanding of various business domain (supply, finance, marketing, operations, retail, etc) 
Concepts of data modeling, including basic and advanced techniques 
Creation of data models using UML 
Basic data governance understanding 
Basic Enterprise Architecture understanding 
The Core data model team is responsible for: 
Designing « standard » conceptual and logical data models for the Group, in collaboration and coordination with business and Data governance teams (main deliverables: list of core data objects and their definitions, conceptual and logical diagrams, attributes and their definition, attribute metadata, and sometimes mapping to main source systems). 
Keeping data models consistent between data domains and maintained 
Supporting the implementation of data models by project teams under the ownership of data governors  
Communicating on the achievements and supporting data governors in model deployment 
The Core Data Model team prepares and facilitates workshops with key stakeholders (business, data, IT) from data domains in order to achieve the above deliverables. 
The Core Data Model team reports to Enterprise Architecture and Data Office. 
The assignment is in English. 


Profil & Experience :
M1 or M2 in university, engineering school or business school 
Experience in at least one of the following domains is required (Retail, Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, IT, Supply Chain, Operations…)  
Experience of international environments and matrix organizations is a + 
Knowledge of data quality, data governance, data modelling is a + 
Key competencies
Fluent in English and French 
Analytical skills and ability to structure, ability to conceptualize  
Ability to engage with key business stakeholders, explaining technology in non-technical terms 
Data modelling, turning business needs into models 
Reporting and presentation skills
