Description du poste :

General Objective
Lead and/or contribute to IT Roadmaps & Projects delivery in selected JCDecaux international Business Units :
- Opportunity & Framing Studies, Benchmarks, Master plans
- Projects launches guidelines, alignment & support
- Operational & steering committees participations
Deliver and maintain a reference deliverable: “State of the art for OOH sales solutions”, mentioning OOH industry standards & most part of encountered use cases. A benchmarking is associated, providing evaluations of:
•JCDecaux Corporate Solutions (Priority Hive as-is & to-be, AMS)
•OOH software solutions (Quantum, Fusion, ...)
Set-up and manage an efficient communication with all stakeholders (Business & IT) to ensure alignment and ease decision making through a high quality of services. Build and maintain a trust-based relationship with the countries & regions.
Under the management of Group IT Director – Sales & Posting, the Business Partner oversees a portfolio of several Business Units IT projects & roadmaps (could be focused on 1 BU during a limited period, if necessary)

Industry Expertise:
- Get a solid and up to date knowledge of sales activities, methods and perspectives
- Gather and analyze local situations (stakes, business cases and priorities, Pain points, BU local vision, available expertise, market situation, …)
- Maintain a good knowledge of local industry activity (competition, pending / upcoming innovations & actors, available local IT solutions…)
Communication with BUs :
- Inform subs about IT news (on-going deployments, new features availabilities, planned go-lives …)
- Share with other contributors & stakeholders (Regional, Product, Support, Managers, Experts) to ensure alignment
- Initiate / Ensure the appropriate actions are tracked, planned and executed. Could be either for Support, Studies, Projects, Budget Prep, Communication, Governance rules…
Roadmaps, Studies & Projects involvement:
- Give & obtain info, advices and requested expertise from involved resources (similar initiatives, existing solutions, demo, estimates) – Get commitments
- Conduct studies and analysis, Elaborate Sales systems strategies, scenarios and roadmaps
- Build / Contribute to project plan (Scope, integration with other systems, planning, risks, governance and organization)
- Identify Project KPIs and set-up activities for follow-up
- Help Budget elaboration process: identify, organize and list all the Sales IT initiatives, on a regular basis
- Follow-up deliverables, through regular alignment with contributors
- Give regular update to management, raise risks, propose mitigations
- Eventually : prepare and organize Project & Steering Committees
