Description du poste / stage

The Airbus Chief Technology Office (CTO) is looking for a Scrum Master to join the Continuity project in Toulouse.

Faster decision making and improved performance in end-to-end product development processes will be the focus of Continuity, enabling model-based systems engineering from conceptual through detailed design. This will include Digital Factory modelling giving design engineers, data on the impact of their decisions on manufacturing time and cost.

In this context, you will join the Continuity leadership team. Continuity project will be managed thanks to Agile methodology, formally using Scaled Agile Framework (SAFE).

This position reporting to our R&T subsidiary Airbus Exo Alpha SAS is to be based in Toulouse, France for a Project Based Fixed-Term Contract that will last for the duration of the Continuity programme.



Tâches et missions principales, responsabilités

Specific responsibilities of the position are to:
‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾

  • Support the definition of the Agile sequence;
  • Guarantee Agile effective deployment (quality of Product backlogs, Agile roles well understood by people,…);
  • Animate Agile ceremonies (Program Increment planning, Daily scrum, Iteration planning, Iteration review, Iteration retrospective);
  • Remove Team impediments;
  • Coach & coordinate with scrum masters from the different Agile teams constituting the SAFE release train;
  • Coach the Product Owners to ensure they play their role as expected.


Compétences requises

  • Engineering or Project Management background with excellent knowledge of Agile Methodology.
  • Strong experience in Scrum of Scrum and SAFE framework.
  • Proven Agile operational experience in the Aerospace or similar industries.
  • Rough understanding of Aircraft Development and Manufacturing Process as well as PLM would be a plus.
  • Knowledge of the Rational Team Concert tool would be a plus.
  • Negotiation level in English and French. German would be a plus.
