Notre client, une multinationale Suisse avec HQ à Genève recherche un spécialiste technique Siebel. Vos principales missions seront: - valider les développements Siebel réalisés par des partenaires externes - assurer le support de niveau 3 des applications Sales & Marketing Siebel.
Vous devez avoir une forte expérience en développement d'application Siebel (3-5 ans de Siebel Tools). Les connaissance d'application annexes comme Siebel Marketing ou Siebel Analytics sont un plus mais ne sont pas requises.
Le client vous assistera dans la relocation (Logistique, Administration etc.) en Suisse.

Main Tasks
Purpose of the role
Be the business point of contact for Marketing & Sales applications.
Co-ordinate the effort of the different ASP units toward the appropriate level of service on M&S applications as per the IT Service Catalogue and Service Level Agreements.
Provide design and implementation support with regards to the M&S projects.
Key tasks and responsibilities
Deliver maintenance and support services to the Siebel Applications users community. Monitor the SLA and related OLA terms and manage the implementation of the corrective actions. Target zero-defect applications while maintaining efficient incident resolution time. Implement the segregation of production and development environments.
Provide technical services and functional advice on the implementation of e-business applications. Provide code review advice when receiving Siebel Applications customisation. Secure outstanding management of sources' code and related versioning. Provide the technical input for defining and maintaining the development standard and guidelines.
Maintain and secure the IT Change Management processes in line with the segregation of duty. Co-ordinate code review based on development best practices and standard. Pro-actively co-ordinate cross unit expertise to efficiently resolve incidents. Analyse root cause of repetitive incidents and propose an action plan for improvement to the management.
Qualifications EDUCATION/PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
University degree or equivalent in Computer Sciences or Business Administration. At least 3 years international experience in software analysis or development. At least 2 years international experience in Siebel implementation.
LANGUAGES English mandatory (written and spoken). An additional language such as French, Italian or Spanish is an asset.
