Application Support
Responsibilities
Delivery of 2nd and 3rd lines Application Software Support services.
Occasionally provide 1st level support.
Root cause analysis.
Incident identification and resolution.
Implementation of continual improvements to the support service through procedure reviews.
Apply ITIL best practice Service Management principles.
Profile
IT degree.
Strong IT experience in a complex environment.
Proven experience of Application Support Processes and Incident Management.
Proficient in Windows XP/Mobile platforms, Databases (architecture/design), SQL 2000 (T-SQL and replication model), TCP/IP, VB.net, .Net framework (web services)
ITIL knowledge would be an asset.
Understanding of applications supported by the Applications Support function and their business requirements.
Easiness giving support through email, remote control and by phone.
Willingness/ability to learn new applications and services.
Establish and maintain relationship with supported application users.
Good communicator skills, self motivated, proactive and autonomous but team player when required.
Service oriented.
Capacity to handle stress and many tasks at the same time.
Languages
English Fluent
French a plus
