As an Evangelist at Logmatic.io you are the bridge between our customers and all the other teams (Product, Sales & Marketing). As our users are mainly developers you should be as comfortable talking with them as you are in crafting technical solutions. Your main goal is to delight our users by providing the best logging strategies as well as influencing the Product team from all the field experience you can gather. You are also helping the sales and marketing teams to achieve their goals thanks to your technical expertise.
You are a problem solver that have a couple of years of development behind you. You are more excited by delighting customers and solving practical problems than building complex algorithms and systems. You practice transparency, you are organised and deliver what you have engaged yourself to. You have the humility to accept your weaknesses and willing to improve both personally and professionally - you go the extra mile and put the team above all.
- Maintain product expertise
- Managing projects with our customers
- Educate prospects and customers on Logmatic.io best practices
- Develop connectors & use cases to demonstrate various use cases and facilitate users' life
- Write technical articles for our blog as well as for the main documentation. All in english.
- Collaborate with Logmatic.io's sales, marketing and engineering teams
- Talk to national and international events
- Hybrid background of people and technical skills
- 2-3 years of experience in front-end or back-end development
- Some experience in a client facing technical role
- Strong user empathy
- Full professional English proficiency oral & written.
