Description

The role holder will be accountable, either at a BT level or for specific customer contract(s), for ensuring that all aspects of an enterprise-class customer security service or solution are managed end-to-end, from lead to cash and through in-life change. They will lead all client engagement for Security Enterprise on existing contracts, and will be responsible for optimising Security P&L through deep insight into customer needs and in-life contract performance.  They will maintain excellent customer and stakeholder relationships, and ensure the customers’ stated business benefits are realised alongside BT’s requirement to deliver secure, effective, efficient, resilient and robust customer solutions. The role holder will also be responsible for the ongoing oversight of the customers’ security services, providing advocacy for and engagement into various BT delivery teams as required, and ensuring the exploitation of systems and technology to deliver business and cost transformation aligned to business strategy and to deliver efficient and effective customer solutions.
The role holder may contribute to the formulation of a customers’ network, technology, systems and information strategy and evolution plans. They will typically take a lead role on programmes and projects that go to the BT Board, Operating Committee and/or LoB Boards for decision. He/she may have end to end ownership of network/systems & technology strategy & evolution process, or the operation and delivery of network & technology options. The role holder will be required to meet business objectives, solve business problems and further business success by applying industry, application and technical knowledge through the definition of high level solutions. In addition they may work proactively with a wider team to define or innovate new product developments to meet customer solution requirements. The role holder may manage strategic investment and financial control for the delivery of end to end integrated solutions.
  • To provide a single interface into both the Customer and the BT Account Team for all Security perspectives
  • Overall accountability for all aspects of Security Enterprise engagement with existing customers or customer groups
  • Accountable for increased BT Security driven revenue across specific customer/s base
  • ‘At the table’ with the BTGS account leadership team (CP/CDD/GSL) to interlock with all aspects of on-going account
development and integrated delivery
  • Develops successful and sustainable long term Security business relationships with customers
  • Accountability for all resource forecasting and management through the BRF process and contract change control.
  • Accountable for identification and implementation of on-going contract efficiencies
  • Develops successful and sustainable long term Security business relationships with customers
  • Accountable for defining and executing Security Enterprise strategy in respect to existing customers
  • To maintain an oversight of key technology transformation programmes, monitoring performance against business
Objectives and Scorecard, responding and recommending actions to trends and taking executive action.
  • To actively manage senior level relationships with clients and senior executives
  • To oversee security customer experience, business opportunities, relationships, and contract management delivery
  • For the largest customers, leading an in-life security team
  • To contribute to the Security Enterprise strategy and transformation, by taking account of the collective voice of our customers
  • Coaching and developing the next generation of CSLs
  • To challenge the status quo and break new ground in the pursuit of commercial advantage
  • To seek innovative ways to expand the business scope of new and existing contracts.
  • Maintain visibility and understanding of the account P&L
  • Ensure that all required resourcing is reflected in the account demand file and reflected in BT Security BRF
 
In addition to the over-arching corporate policies defined by BT Group, for example HR, TWWW, the following apply:
  • Participate in regular 1:1 reviews with Line Manager
  • Hold and maintain an adequate security clearance in accordance with the requirements of the role
  • Notify any changes to personal circumstances that could affect security clearance (if required by the role)
  • Notify line manager and/or resourcing team of potential scope creep, eg, changes in assignment allocation that may need additional resource
  • Agree annual leave with Line Manager e.g. via eleave
  • Give reasonable notice to Line Manager or Project Lead of any circumstances that affect the delivery of any commitments made.
  • Book time in accordance with local instructions (via Clarity)
  • Comply with any local security instructions e.g. secure accommodation
  • Update ePerformance in a timely manner in line with the published deadlines, including the recording of evidence of performance on a regular basis against both objectives and capabilities
  • Regular attendance at team briefings/calls/meetings
  • Compliance with Travel policy and submission of travel claims on a monthly basis.

Conditions requises

Votre expérience :
  • Vous êtes diplômé BAC+5 d'une école d'ingénieur avec une spécialisation sécurité et/ou réseau.
  • Vous avez une première expérience significative dans le domaine de la sécurité.
  • Vous avez une expérience sur des technologies de sécurité réseau déployées en grande entreprise (par exemple : Checkpoint, Cisco, Juniper, Bluecoat, F5…)
  • Vous avez des connaissances des vulnérabilités et des attaques possibles sur un système d’information, des moyens de les détecter et de les contrer.
  • Des certifications techniques sont appréciées (par exemple : CCSA/CCSE, BCCPA/BCCPP, CCNA/CCNE/CCIP…) mais également CISSP, CEH/CHFI, GIAC (GIAC Certified Intrusion Analyst (GCIA) et GIAC Certified Incident Handler (GCIH))
  • Une expérience sur des produits SIEM (exemple : Splunk, Loglogic, ArcSight…) est un plus apprécié.
Aptitudes personnelles et comportementales :
  • Vous êtes passionné par la sécurité informatique
  • Vous maitrisez les bases techniques réseau (TCP/IP, routage, VLAN, DNS…) et système (Windows et Linux), êtes prêt à vous investir pour développer une expertise technique pointue
  • Vous avez la rigueur nécessaire pour préparer et exécuter des opérations sur des systèmes complexes et critiques.
  • Vous avez un sens de l’analyse pour identifier les problèmes comme les attaques et réalisez une veille sécurité continue.
  • Vous avez le talent et la ténacité requise pour trouver des solutions à des problèmes complexes.
  • Vous avez un bon sens relationnel et savez gagner rapidement la confiance de vos interlocuteurs par votre rigueur et votre dynamisme
  • Vous avez le potentiel pour dépasser les aspects purement technique de votre mission et appréhender les besoins et enjeux business liés à la sécurité dans une entreprise
  • Votre anglais écrit et oral est opérationnel – impératif
